    Thanks a lot for this wonderful workout. My problem is skinny legs. Can I
    do it every day. Will it help build my legs. I am 49 year old woman.

    This is an awesome workout! I’ve been doing it for almost two weeks, about
    every other day along with high intensity cardio and I already see an
    improvement in my legs – specifically muscle tone and tighter thighs :)
